Roxbury Youth Programs (RYP) is seeking an experienced, energetic Youth Programs Coordinator to join the UU Urban Ministry’s program staff. The Youth Programs Coordinator (YPC) will be responsible for the collaborative planning, implementation, and facilitation of our youth programs. The YPC will be responsible for developing and leading and/or hiring teaching artists to lead engaging, relevant workshops centered in skill building, social justice, Roxbury community history, and art-making.

The Unitarian Universalist Urban Ministry (UUUM) is looking for a Meetinghouse Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events that will take place at the Meetinghouse. This role involves coordinating and communicating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring that all parts of events run smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a good communicator, and an independent worker.

**We are also open to discussing a 9-12 month term of employment at a higher hourly rate of pay for
an experienced professional we feel can both:
o Carry out the day-to-day functions of the role outlined in this job description
o Help establish the necessary standards and processes for the functions of this role, and
have them in place by the end of the term of employment
