Building Beloved Community
Restorative Approaches to Human and Racial Justice

Join us for a celebration of the life and ministry of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King

Dr. King spoke at length about building the beloved community for all people.
Sometimes it seems our differences get magnified rather than our commonalities, yet many of us share a desire to come together to speak our truths and share our stories.

Please join us for a gathering of individuals interested in bringing about healing and hope in our communities. Restorative Justice is an approach to living with great care towards oneself, others and the environment. Though Restorative Justice can be used in response to harm, it is also a model of interacting with self and others that creates connection, trust and respect. Restorative Justice practices are tools that promote beloved community through a balance of compassion and accountability.

Bring your voice, your story, your hope for how we acknowledge the ways we have been hurt and push
forward to build the beloved community together.
