Summer Activities

Over the years, SHSU has established partnerships with a number of summer camps that provide us with steeply discounted tuition. These partnerships enable the UUUM to provide fully paid camperships to more than 30 urban children each summer. Low-income urban families often do not have the resources to send their children to summer camp, making these UUUM-sponsored camperships especially valuable.

• Summer Arts at Derby in Hingham, MA
• YMCA Ponkapoag Camp
• YMCA Northwoods Boys Camp in New Hampshire (overnight camp)
• YMCA Young Achievers
• B-SAFE Summer Program at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church
• Boston Nature Center
